The Customer Service Officer will play a pivotal part in updating Client Information databases keeping records approximately clients for Community Service Centres (CSC’s) in Western NSW.
The function will assist work to gain KPI’s that are to be met. Tasks of the function might also consist of (however now not restricted to):
• Data entry into forms to request work from carrier companies & Seeking prices from service vendors
• Word processing in Microsoft merchandise and Departmental patron information databases
• Minute taking all through meetings
• Office administration responsibilities which includes printing, copying, filing, scanning

• Liaise with other government agencies for key client documentation
Experience:
