Your New Role
You will be part of a cohesive and supportive group of high appearing customer support professionals. You will document into and be mentored by means of the highly regarded Customer Service Manager who has been inside the enterprise for over 14 years.
Some of the responsibilities encompass:
Process consumer orders into the gadget
Deal with inbound telephone calls associated with order tracking, delivery info and order status
Liaise with 1/3 celebration logistics
Carry out administrative responsibilities e.G emailing, invoices, etc.
Answer queries associated with expenses and stock availability
